"You can't educate a person;..."

"...you can only create an environment in which he can educate himself" -Max Theiler

I recently read The American Plague (a great book on the history of Yellow Fever) and that quote stuck out and has become a favorite of mine.

As many of you know I am learning Flex 3/AIR right now and have been trying to "educate" myself and the Internet is a unbelievable resource, as is

the local book store and IRC/Chat applications.

This got me thinking about how to maintain this collection of information that comes both physically and digitally and also am I missing any other great resources?

For example, I recently found out that the Triangle Coldfusion Users Group is still around and kicking (for some reason all my previous searches made it appear rather dead). And (through an increase of traffic after having a post mentioned) I also found out that Coldfusion Weekly began posting podcasts again. Also, I found for Flex EasyMVC and easyMVC two different Flex Frameworks that share a name.

So I ask, what resources do you use (Websites, books, etc)? Have you found a great way to manage all of this? I have found great blogging aggregators, are there any good tutorial aggregators?
