AT&T Sucks, But I Love Them So...

"He just said the f-word to the AT&T lady" was all I heard from the other room when I realized I was pretty angry (it takes alot to get me that fired up) with AT&T and the customer service rep was getting the brunt of it. You see
I switched back (reluctantly) when I got my iPhone. I have had bad service in the past from AT&T and left them because of it.
I went into a store in CA in October to adjust my VOICE plan to give me more minutes. The next day or so I was told my voicemail wasn't working by a client. So I called and they "fixed" it. Then the other day I get my bill. $806 dollars...WTF?!?!?!? Again I called and the manager filled a claim for over $600 to be reversed since I was PAYING for Visual Voicemail and pay per use data...He "fixed" it. Then I was again informed my voicemail wasn't working and my SMS wasn't working. Then I found out my data was also not working. Luckily I have the wireless 3G card and that was working. So I called and they "fixed" it. We will see on my next bill. Which by the way already has a late fee on it that needs to be reversed because I won't pay the $806 bill until it is fixed. So I hate AT&T.
That said I just scored a 641 kbps download rate and 341 kbps upload here at the airport on my MacBook Pro. I love AT&T...
