Install Railo on Slicehost Centos 5.2 Part 2

OK, those things out of the way let's get MySQL installed. This is not that tough at all, but there are a few gotcha's that I ran into when trying to get Railo and my Dev Tools on the laptop to connect to the server and we will address those as well.
